Cambodia Angkor Air needs to recruit a new employee, who meets the following terms and conditions:

Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Education, Business Administration, or related field.

Foreign Language

Advance 1 in English (minimum requirement, Toeic 600 is an advantage)

 

Job Descriptions

  1. Program Management:

-  Supervise the design, development, and implementation of training programs to ensure they meet the company’s operational needs and regulatory standards.

- Continually assess and update the training syllabus to incorporate the latest industry practices.

      2.  Operational Oversight:

-  Manage the daily operations of the training department, ensuring efficient scheduling and utilization of resources such as pilots, cabin crew, instructors.

      3.  Compliance and Quality Control:

-  Ensure all training programs comply with regulatory requirements and achieve the highest standards of safety and quality.

-   Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes and meet performance benchmarks.

    4.   Budget and Financial Management:

-  Develop and manage the division’s budget, ensuring cost-effective operation while maintaining training quality.

-     Control expenses and optimize resource allocation to meet financial targets.

      5.  Team Leadership and Development:

-    Lead and motivate a team of trainers and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

      6.  Stakeholder Engagement:

-    Collaborate with other divisions to align training with overall business objectives and operational needs.

-     Engage with external entities such as regulatory bodies, training solution providers to stay informed on training standards.

      7.  Reporting and Documentation:

-    Maintain comprehensive records of training activities, certifications, and compliance documentation.

-     Provide regular reports to the Training Director on training performance, challenges, and progress.

       8. Risk Management:

-      Identify potential risks in training operations and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.

Job Requirements

  • Team building skills, Practical skills, and experience in management.
  • Training Policy.
  • Knowledge of civil law, labor law, trade, and politics.
  • Knowledge of Training Management.
  • Excellent with computers, including MS Office.
  • Must be able to work under high pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in managing budgets and resources.
  • Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within the parameters of given instructions, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
