    An eTicket (or electronic ticket) is a ticket that is stored electronically rather than being printed on paper as a paper ticket.

  2. Can I change my travel date and itinerary?

    There are many types of fares, each with different restrictions. Change of travel date and/or itinerary is subject to the conditions associated with the fare and seat availability

  4. Can I request to change my ticket at a travel agent other than the travel agent that issued my ticket?

    It is not possible. You need to contact the travel agent that issued your ticket or the nearest Cambodia Angkor Air office

  5. What should I do if I lost my eTicket?

    For ticket purchased online, you can login to https://www.virtuallythere.com using your Reservation Code to retrieve and reprint your eTicket. For other eTickets, please contact the nearest Cambodia Angkor Air office

  6. My name does not appear in order in the e-ticket sent after I successfully made the booking do I have to request Online Helpdesk Team to replace it in order?

    Its fine there will be no problems for you when boarding the flight. Your name just appeared not in order and we accept it. Please do not have to worry about this matter.

  7. Can I request Cambodia Angkor Air to amend my even if my correct name is far difference from the name in my booking?

    We are sorry to say we cannot change the name and re-issue the ticket for you because we can only change the name for passenger if one or two letters are missing in their name. For your case, the name is far difference therefore we would like to suggest you to purchase a new ticket with the correct name.
