Time Limitation Claims And Action
17.1. Time limit for claims of Baggage
17.1.1. Acceptance of Baggage by the bearer of the Baggage Check without complaint at the time of delivery shall constitute sufficient evidence that the Baggage has been delivered in good condition and in accordance with the contract of carriage, unless you prove otherwise.
17.1.2. Notice of claims
All claims about Damage of Checked Baggage only be accepted when the person who has entitled to receive the Checked Baggage submits the claims in writing to us within the following time limit:
22.214.171.124. Seven days from the date of receipt of Baggage in case of loss or deficit of, or Damage of Baggage.
126.96.36.199. Seven days from the date on which the Baggage should have been delivered to you in case of partial loss of items from Checked Baggage.
188.8.131.52. Twenty-one days from the date of the Baggage was place at your disposal in case of delay of Checked Baggage.
17.2. Time limit for all actions
Any right you may have for compensation for any Damages shall be extinguished if an action is not brought within two years from the date of arrival at the destination, or the date on which the aircraft ought to have arrived, or the date on which the carriage stopped. The period of limitation shall be determined by the law of the court where the case is heard.
