Additionally, we are initiating a sales and leaseback arrangement for three brand new ATR72-600 aircraft, commencing from May 2025.

Currently, Cambodia Angkor Air is in the process of purchasing new ATR, and finance lease the aircraft through Sale & Lease Back transactions. In the way to do it, we are looking for a qualified law firm with experienced lawyers to assist us with contractual documents in compliance with laws, regulations.
Please kindly find below requested information for our further cooperation. Mainly need your certification / successful cases passed through/ price charge standard etc.
Requested conditions for hiring a lawyer firm:
1. Qualification and experience: The law firm must have rich experience and qualification in dealing with aviation and aircraft leasing legal affairs.
2. Team strength: There is an experienced team of lawyers, especially in aviation leasing and financing has expertise and rich practical experience.
