Cambodia Angkor Air needs to recruit new employee, who meets the following terms and conditions:


Branding Senior Executive


Working shift (Full-Time)

Sex and Nationality

Male/Female Cambodian (Female preferred)

Qualification (Minimum)

Bachelor’s degree in administration, marketing, or related field

Foreign Language

English (Chinese is a plus)


Job Descriptions

· Develop and implement programs and workshops focused on customer service excellence, brand representation, and effective communication skills.

· Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer experiences that reflect the company’s brand values and standards.

· Collaborate with departmental managers to identify opportunities for improving customer interaction and implementing process enhancements.

· Lead by example through demonstrating best practices in customer interactions and brand representation.

· Provide ongoing support to employees, offering feedback and guidance to enhance their customer service skills and performance.

· Providing guidance on effective communication, problem solving, and relationship building with customers.

· Develop and implement strategies to measure and evaluate effectiveness and solicit feedback from employees and customers to drive continuous improvement.

· Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement to drive operational excellence.

· Collaborate with related teams to ensure alignment between customer interactions and brand messaging across all channels.

· Serve as a liaison between customer-facing teams and other departments to address customer feedback, resolve issues, and implement process improvements.

· Conduct regular audits and assessments of customer facing touch point to ensure alignment with brand messaging and standards.

· Act as point of escalation for complex customer inquiries or issues, demonstrating empathy, active listening, and problem resolution skills.

· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, showcasing the organization’s commitment to superior customer service and brand excellence.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Communication, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

· Proven experience (at least 3 years) in a senior role focused on customer relations, training, or employee development, preferably within a customer-centric organization.


· Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and inspire employees at all levels.

· Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering training programs, workshops, or seminars, with a focus on adult learning principles and interactive methods.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

· Analytical mindset with proficiency in evaluating training effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement.

· Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and empower teams to achieve goals and exceed customer expectations.

· Flexibility to adapt training approaches to diverse audiences and learning styles.

· Commitment to upholding the company's brand values and fostering a culture of excellence in customer service.

· Honesty, responsibility, withstands pressure and high work intensity, and willing to work in flexible time.
