Cambodia Angkor Air needs to recruit a new employee, who meets the following terms and conditions:

Job Descriptions

Assist DCS GM in building and implement regulations to control DCS, handling progresses, manuals of DCS & Special Services (SSR).

Monitor and control the passenger check-in progress of entire flight network of Cambodia Angkor Air.

Implement and control all set-ups and update database progress for DCS.

Assist in setting-up and connect to other related airline’s system.

Helpdesk all of issues relate to operating DCS system (like check-in, ticket inbound/outbound message…).

Upon requesting of DCS GM, carries out non-routine duty or task assigned and timely report to DCS GM the process and achievements

Job Requirements

- Bachelor degree in any fields.

- Age: For candidates without working experience - up to 25 years old; For candidates with working experience: up to 35 years old.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers

- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service

- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
