For online payment using credit cards, we accept:

    • VISA
    • MasterCard
    • JCB.

  • Virtual or single-use cards will not be accepted
  • During the payment process, you may be required to enter your personal password in a secure page.

Ticket Changes/Refund

For refunding your ticket(s) purchased online by credit card, you may fill up refund request form and email to Cambodia Angkor Air helpdesk by using your registered email address which was entered when you purchased ticket. Refunding will be credited directly to the credit card which was used to purchase the tickets online and it is 14 working days after Cambodia Angkor Air ticketing office processed refund transaction.

For ticket change including rebook, reroute, you need to email to helpdesk_online_2@cambodiaangkorair.com and we will check whether your ticket could be changed. If not, you may require to refund and book new ticket by using your credit card.
